Brad Kuik is the President of K2 Performance Management, a U.S.-based strategic business consulting firm devoted to helping organizations across the world think, plan and operate efficiently. Across more than 20 years of progressive managerial experience, Brad has furthered his reputation as an astute senior business leader and LEAN manufacturing expert. As President of K2PM, Brad works closely with business owners and staff to examine their organizations’ culture, processes and goals. In this course, he identifies challenges, creates LEAN solutions, and promotes continuous improvement through strong relationships and accountability.
Janice DeMooy is K2 Performance Management’s amiable Administrative Assistant. Janice manages K2PM’s administrative functions, whether liaising with clients to schedule appointments, facilitating travel logistics or handling myriad tasks in between. Outside her duties at K2PM, Janice enjoys life as a wife and mother of five children living on a hobby farm in western Washington.
